In recent years we watched the rise in demand for a shedding style sheep & after intensively researching breeds made the decision to invest in the Ultra White breed in 2019.

The Ultra White impressed us for a range of traits including structural correctness, muscling & temperament gained from their Poll Dorset infusion.

Other standout traits of this breed we liked: good shedding ability – good fertility – good milking & mothering instinct – low/moderate birthweights – good growth – high yielding carcass across medium – heavyweight carcasses with the right amount of fat – ability to maintain exceptional do-ability & hardiness & an easy care animal.

The Ultra White is a high performance sheep with mandatory Lambplan performance testing.

Over the past few years we purchased a number of high quality registered stud ewes from the founding stud, Hillcroft Farms, WA & we are very excited to see this breed grow & to be part of a select group of foundation breeders here in Australia.
